Meet the Trainers
Scott Eubank
Located in Mattawan, MI, Strictly Skills was founded by Scott Eubank in 2015 following a successful span as the varsity coach at Paw Paw High School. In the five years prior to Scotts arrival, Paw Paw was among the worst programs in the state with a cumulative record of 8-96. During his tenure, he helped engineer a remarkable turnaround to 60 wins over a five year span. Much of the turnaround is accredited to the skill development and player enhancement programs that were implemented through Scott’s vast knowledge of the game. Prior to Paw Paw High, he founded and ran Utan Tigers aau basketball program for 10 years, winning a USSSA National Championship in 2010. Scott has also served as a coach at Duke University summer basketball camps for 8 years working closely under the tutelage of the legendary Olympic gold-medal winning coach Mike Krzyzewski (Coach K) and his staff. Scott has also served as an assistant coach at the collegiate level (Kalamazoo Valley CC) and had a successful collegiate playing career prior to his coaching career. Both of Scott’s kids played at the college level as scholarship players (Tanner and Olivia). Scott is married to Kim Eubank. In addition to basketball Scott, has had many other successful entrepreneurial ventures in the tanning industry as well as most recently the health + wellness industry with infrared saunas (Athletes: get on the sauna wave Elite modality for muscles, joints, and recovery).
Tanner Eubank
Tanner Eubank came on board full-time in 2021 at Strictly Skills. Tanner had a successful prep playing career, culminating in a scholarship and finishing his career at the collegiate level at the University of Northwestern Ohio, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Business. Tanner has had the privilege to play under and learn from some of the top names in the basketball coaching and training industry, including coaches currently at the high major Division 1 level, at the professional level, and trainers at the top of the class worldwide, working with players in Las Vegas and Miami. Tanner currently serves as Co- Director, lead trainer, coach, scheduler, and handles day to day operations at Strictly Skills.
